Q. How long does delivery take?

A. Orders are processed within 2–4 working days. Delivery across Ireland usually takes 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch. During busy periods, please allow up to 10 working days.

 


 

Q. Where do orders ship from?

A. All orders are shipped directly from our Dublin warehouse.

 


 

Q. When will my order be dispatched?

A. Most orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Same-day dispatch may be possible depending on stock and courier schedules.

 


 

Q. Do you offer free delivery?

A. Yes! We offer free delivery on all orders over €40. For orders under €40, a €5 shipping fee applies.

 


 

Q. Will I get an order confirmation?

A. Absolutely. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an instant confirmation email with your order number and details.

 


 

Q. What payment methods can I use?

Q. Can I return or exchange my product?

A. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used personal care items. If your product is unused and still in its original packaging, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

 


 

Q. Will my email be used for anything else?

A. Nope — your privacy matters. Your email will only be used for order updates and exclusive Velura offers (if you opt in). No spam. Ever
